Our corporate headquarters are located at 475 Broadway Street, Redwood City,
California. These offices consist of approximately 15,736 square feet. The lease for this property expires in December 2008. We also lease additional office space located at 585 Broadway Street, Redwood City, California. These offices consist of
approximately 10,000 square feet. The lease for this property expires in February 2008.
In addition to our headquarters, we lease approximately 62,505 square feet of office space in Westborough, Massachusetts under a lease that expires in March 2007 and approximately 30,784 square feet of office space in
Tel Aviv, Israel that expires in July 2007. We also lease sales and support offices in Slough, England; Dusseldorf and Rosenheim, Germany; Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing, China; Seoul, South Korea; Tokyo, Japan; and Merignac, France.
We believe that our existing properties are in good condition and are
sufficient and suitable for the conduct of our business. As our existing leases expire and as we continue to expand our operations, we believe that suitable space will be available on commercially reasonable terms.
